Job summary

LaVie is seeking a Store Supervisor in Manila to lead assigned shifts and support daily retail operations. You will ensure efficient execution, strong customer service, proper stock handling, and adherence to franchise standards and store procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, managing cash and POS, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate opening/closing procedures. Rotating shifts including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Senior high school graduate or college level.
• 1–2 years experience in retail or convenience store operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented in cash handling.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store operations.
• Manage cashiering, POS transactions, and cash accountability.
• Ensure proper merchandising, stock availability, and store cleanliness.
• Supervise Store Associates and ensure task completion.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and inventory monitoring.
• Handle customer concerns and minor service recovery issues.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Prepare shift reports and escalation issues to Operations Manager.
• Assist in coordination with franchisor and suppliers for operational improvements and ensure compliance with the Operations Manual.
