Job summary

Majenta Executive Suites in Cavite City is seeking an on-site Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations across shifts, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure service quality. You will lead a team, monitor merchandising, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a High School diploma, with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills essential to achieving targets and delivering consistent guest

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or food service.

• Ability to supervise staff and manage costs.”

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations to achieve sales, cost, and profitability targets.
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling, inventory, and food waste control.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Implement promotions, merchandising activities, and company service standards.
• Oversee food safety, sanitation, security, and equipment maintenance.
• Handle purchasing, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
• Review shift performance and prepare endorsements for the next shift.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members while ensuring proper staffing during operations.
