Job summary

Laguna Development Corporation is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction at our Laguna, Philippines location. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, pricing, promotions, and signage while leading store staff in scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of supervisory experience, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and support Store Manager.
• Monitor store performance, sales forecasting, product availability, merchandising, pricing, promotions and signage.
• Supervise store personnel including scheduling, training, coaching and performance management; assist with hiring and discipline as needed.
• Manage labor budgets, timekeeping, vendor compliance, inventory integrity, cash controls, daily reporting and bank deposits.
