Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Schedule shifts, assign daily duties, train new hires, monitor staff performance, and address workplace conflicts.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the store opens and closes on time, enforce company procedures, maintain cleanliness standards, and implement safety protocols.
• Customer Service Management: Handle complex customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high quality of service across the front line.
• Inventory & Asset Control: Monitor stock levels, oversee product receiving, conduct regular audits, track wastage/spoilage, and minimize loss.
• Financial & Sales Monitoring: Operate and balance cash registers, reconcile daily sales receipts, prepare bank deposits, and track shift performance against sales targets.
• Reporting & Administrative Tasks: Document daily logs, track attendance, report inventory needs to management, and elevate equipment maintenance issues.
