Job summary

United Limsun International Trading Corporation is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee the operations and performance of assigned retail stores, including sales, inventory, and store compliance. You will supervise staff, monitor sales targets and foot traffic, develop strategic plans to boost store performance, and coordinate with mall management on permits, promotions, repairs, and administrative duties.

Regular store visits and reporting are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, sales, or store supervision.
• Knowledge of foot traffic, Comparative Sales Reports, permit processing, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate store personnel.
• Monitor sales targets, foot traffic, and Comparative Sales Reports.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve store performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and monitor store standards, displays, cleanliness, and promotions.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, fast/slow-moving items, and product pull-outs.
• Coordinate with mall administration regarding store activities, promotions, and requirements.
• Process and monitor business permits and government requirements.
• Handle customer concerns and other store operating issues.
• Coordinate store repairs, supplies, deliveries, and other administrative requirements.
• Assist with store openings, closures, mall activities, and other operational projects.
• Prepare necessary reports and coordinate concerns with relevant departments.
