Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in store planning, retail construction, project coordination, space planning, or a similar role.
• Experience in Visual Merchandising (VM) is an advantage, particularly in implementing store layouts, fixture placement, and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review store layouts, floor plans, and space planning proposals based on operational and merchandising requirements.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of new store openings, store renovations, relocations, and closures.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, mall requirements, safety regulations, and local building codes.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Operations, Leasing, and Marketing teams to optimize store functionality and customer experience.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess store conditions, project progress, and quality of work.
• Review construction and fit-out plans and recommend improvements when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of store layouts, project documentation, permits, and related reports.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support space optimization initiatives to maximize sales potential and operational efficiency.

Job Overview

• Experience in Visual Merchandising (VM) is an advantage, particularly in implementing store layouts, fixture placement, and merchandising standards.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other design or project management tools.

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to travel for site inspections and project monitoring as required.
