Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through telesales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain shelves, manage stock, check expiry dates, and coordinate deliveries.
• Provide product information and benefits to customers and guide them in using the Online Shop.
• Ensure cashiering standards and POS procedures are followed accurately.
• Encourage customers to join the membership program.
• Perform other store operational tasks as needed.
