Job summary

South Star Drug Inc is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on validating prescriptions, counseling patients, and coordinating with the corporate pharmacist to ensure compliance and accuracy in dispensing medicines.

The pharmacist will maintain updated reference materials, oversee medicine storage, and support store staff through ongoing training. Relocation allowances are provided for those willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist or board passer.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and compressed work week (5 days on, 2 days off).
• Willing to work on holidays and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensures validity and accuracy of prescription in dispensing medicines.
• Engages in patient counseling and queries on drug related matters.
• Coordinates with the Corporate Pharmacist.
• Ensures store reference books are updated and available.
• Ensures proper storage and removal of bad stock in the medicine cabinet.
• Ensures medicines are in good condition.
• Represents the store during FDA/ PDEA inspections.
• Updates store personnel on product awareness and new practices through training.

• Ensures proper storage and all bad stocks are pulled out in assigned medicine cabinet
• Ensures that all medicines are in good condition
• Represents the store during FDA/ PDEA inspection
• Updates store personnel on product awareness and new practices through training

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and compressed work week (5 days per week duty and 2 days off)
