Job summary

Southstar Drug, Inc. in Hermosa, Philippines seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our team.

The role ensures accurate prescription dispensing, provides patient counseling, and coordinates with the Corporate Pharmacist to maintain compliance and safety. You will supervise store practices, update reference materials, oversee proper storage, and stand in for inspections conducted by FDA/PDEA when required, while engaging in ongoing training for store staff and ensuring medications are in good

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with active registration in the Philippines.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and compressed work week (5 days per week).
• Willing to work on holidays and weekends when required.
• Relocation allowances are provided for those willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure validity and accuracy of prescription in dispensing medicines.
• Engage in patient counseling and address drug-related queries.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Pharmacist.
• Maintain reference books updated and available in the store.
• Ensure proper storage and pull out bad stocks in the assigned medicine cabinet.
• Ensure medicines are in good condition.
• Represent the store during FDA/PDEA inspections.
• Update store personnel on product awareness and new practices through training.

• Ensures proper storage and all bad stocks are pulled out in assigned medicine cabinet
• Ensures that all medicines are in good condition
• Represents the store during FDA/ PDEA inspection
• Updates store personnel on product awareness and new practices through training

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist / License Holder
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and compressed work week (5 days per week duty and 2 days off)
• Willing to work on holidays, and weekends if necessary
• Relocation allowances are provided for those who are willing to be relocated
