ROLE SUMMARY

The Store Personnel is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the assigned store, delivering sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining complete product knowledge, and ensuring accurate sales and inventory accountability. The role requires active customer engagement and flexibility to work across locations within the assigned area based on business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Man the assigned store during scheduled operating hours. Work shifts may be adjusted from time to time depending on business requirements.
• Achieve the sales quota and other sales targets assigned to the store or individual.
• Maintain 100% familiarity with the products sold in-store, including product features, pricing, availability, promotions, and relevant collector or hobby information needed to assist customers.
• Actively engage mall or location foot traffic, invite potential customers to visit the store, understand their interests, and convert qualified traffic into customers.
• Build, update, and maintain an accurate customer database in accordance with company procedures and applicable privacy requirements.
• Ensure complete and accurate accounting of daily sales, payments, receipts, and other sales-related transactions.
• Conduct and document inventory counts at least once every week and promptly report any discrepancy, loss, damage, or stock concern.
• Keep the selling area, displays, merchandise, and customer-facing areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
• Be ready and willing to be assigned or reassigned to different store locations within the assigned area when required by business needs.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least college level or higher.
• Pleasing, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Excellent selling, customer engagement, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, dependable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
• Experience in hobby shops, collectibles, specialty retail, or a similar environment is an advantage.
