Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and provide information about promotions and store policies.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
• Ensure products are neatly arranged on shelves and ensure proper product display.
• Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves with merchandise as needed.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock taking and product rotation.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including cleaning aisles, counters, and restocking shelves.
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming deliveries of merchandise.
• Ensure proper pricing and labeling of products.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Follow all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe shopping environment.
