MR DIY Philippines in Wao Lanao del Sur is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth. The role focuses on team leadership, visual merchandising, customer service, and adherence to SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong organizational and coaching abilities to maintain a safe, neat, and compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Wao Lanao del Sur, Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure store daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering for own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
