Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will set up gondolas, organize displays, and supervise staff to achieve targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail; experience as supervisor is preferred. Based in Kolambugan, you will uphold SOPs, maintain store safety, and report to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree is required.
• Filipino and English are required languages.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Preferably supervisor or 5+ years experience in sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Record daily store sales and perform bank-in.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete and report to HQ and superior on sales, staffing, assignments, and cases.
• Submit documents related to HQ and superior.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
