You will engage customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, converting interest into sales while building brand loyalty. As a Xiaomi Promoter, you will showcase devices, answer inquiries, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales

About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking a Xiaomi Promoter Seasonal to join our retail team at SM Laoag. This is a part-time position designed to drive brand awareness and increase sales of Xiaomi products during the seasonal period. As a Xiaomi Promoter, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, representing the Xiaomi brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role is pivotal in converting customer interest into sales whilst building brand loyalty in the Ilocos Norte region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate Xiaomi products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their product needs
• Provide accurate product information and technical specifications to potential buyers
• Process sales transactions and ensure smooth checkout experiences
• Maintain an attractive and organised product display area
• Achieve individual and team sales targets during the seasonal campaign period
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Report sales performance and customer feedback to management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service standards
