Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, business development or local store marketing.
• Experience planning campaigns that drive sales growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local store marketing strategies to drive sales and traffic.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, offices, government agencies, hotels, residential communities, and local businesses.
• Plan and implement promotional activities, community events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
• Identify new business opportunities for catering, bulk orders, corporate accounts, and event partnerships.
• Coordinate with Operations and Restaurant Managers to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend improvements based on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Manage the store's social media presence by coordinating content, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare marketing calendars, budgets, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure all promotional materials are properly displayed and comply with company branding standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in organizing store openings, anniversaries, seasonal promotions, and other special events.
• Monitor marketing expenses and ensure activities remain within the approved budget.
• Collaborate with the Head Office Marketing Team to align local initiatives with national campaigns.
• Perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned by management.
