Gigahertz Computer Systems is seeking a capable store operations leader to oversee the shop in the Branch Manager's absence. You will drive overall and individual targets while ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

You will train sales staff, manage inventory, and handle escalations with professionalism. The role requires flexibility to work varied hours and weekends to maintain store performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Willingness to work any shift necessary to open/close the store; nights, holidays, weekends included.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop store staff and build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage store operations and people in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Hit overall targets in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Hit individual targets as assistant Branch Manager.
• Handle irate customers and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain complete stock and daily inventory updates for sales personnel.
• Conduct regular product training in-store on new products for the sales team.
• Other duties related to store management.
