Job summary

Gigahertz Computer System is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and strong team leadership. You will manage daily store operations, coach the sales team, and maintain high standards of service and merchandising.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of leadership experience in retail and a background in consumer electronics or related industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years in store/retail leadership roles.
Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, telecommunications, fashion, FMCG, QSR, or BPO is a plus.
Willing to work in Fairview Area.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and a consistent in-store experience.
Monitor store performance through key metrics (sales, conversion, productivity, compliance).
Implement company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards.
Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Maintain inventory accuracy, store appearance, and efficiency.
Prepare reports and coordinate with Head Office on performance and concerns.
