The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a leadership role, excels at relationship-building, and is willing to train at the head office in Quiapo, Manila. This on-site position focuses on in-store performance and competitive feedback.

Qualifications

• With at least 3 years of work experience in a leadership or management role.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, apply skills, and train and develop staff.
• Ability to be on the feet most of the day, or moving on the sales floor.
• Willing to undergo one week training at our head office in Quiapo, Manila

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall sales and service targets of the store that are aligned with the corporate goals set by management.
• Monitor the display for adapters and upgrade components.
• Give feedback and suggestions on the trade and marketing activities of competitors.
• Ensure that the store is in pristine condition at all times.
• Check and monitor that operational policies and procedures are always enforced.
