Job summary

Gigahertz Computer System is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail operations, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach the sales team, manage daily store activities, and ensure high standards of operational excellence across the branch.

You will monitor performance metrics, implement SOPs, and coordinate with the Head Office on store reporting and concerns. A strong background in retail leadership and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in store/retail management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work in Fairview Area.

• Prepare reports and coordinate with the Head Office regarding store performance and operational concerns.

This role is ideal for leaders who enjoy coaching teams, managing daily store operations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a consistent in-store customer experience.
• Monitor store performance through key metrics such as sales, conversion, productivity, and operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in retail operations, sales management, customer service, and people leadership.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, telecommunications, fashion, FMCG, QSR, or BPO operations is an advantage.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work in Fairview Area
