Job summary

Gigahertz is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales performance through exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.

This role suits leaders who coach teams, manage daily store operations, and achieve sales targets while upholding high standards. You will oversee day-to-day store activities, develop staff, monitor key metrics, and coordinate with the Head Office on performance and concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 3+ years in a Store/ Retail/ Operations leadership role.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, telecommunications, fashion, FMCG, QSR, or BPO operations is a plus.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willing to work in Fairview Area.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for leaders who enjoy coaching teams, managing daily store operations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a consistent in-store customer experience.
• Monitor store performance through key metrics such as sales, conversion, productivity, and operational compliance.
• Implement company policies, operational procedures, and merchandising standards.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, store appearance, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with the Head Office regarding store performance and operational concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in retail operations, sales management, customer service, and people leadership.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, telecommunications, fashion, FMCG, QSR, or BPO operations is an advantage.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work in Fairview Area
