Job summary

Chooks to Go Inc. is seeking a capable Store Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets. You will supervise teams, optimize inventory, and ensure consistent store presentation.

You will conduct regular store visits, drive sales performance, and coordinate with HR and logistics to resolve operational needs. The role requires field work, travel to various locations, and willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in retail, food service, logistics, or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams, manage daily store operations, and maintain a productive work environment.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock forecasting, sales monitoring, and report preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 4-wheel manual transmission vehicle.
• Willing to conduct field work and travel to multiple store locations.
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as business operations require.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned Chooks-to-Go outlets to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor and drive store performance to achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory levels, product availability, merchandising, and overall store presentation.
• Supervise, coach, and support store personnel to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service expectations.
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare and submit accurate sales, inventory, spoilage, and operational reports within the required timelines.
• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and orderliness of the store and work areas.
• Communicate and coordinate with HR, logistics, and other support teams regarding store concerns and operational needs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
