Job summary

ArmyNavy Burger Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to coordinate and implement store activities with the management team to achieve targets in FSC quality, sales and cash flow.

You will ensure high standards of Food, Service and Cleanliness, oversee shift operations, handle feedback, maintain safety and sanitation, and prepare daily sales and inventory reports. Residing nearby San Fernando or Mexico Pampanga is preferred; prior food and beverage experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, tourism, or business management (4-year course)
• Willing to relocate to San Fernando or Mexico Pampanga
• Food and beverage work experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements store activities with the management team to achieve FSC quality, sales and cash flow
• Maintains highest standards on FSC (Food, Service, Cleanliness/Condition)
• Ensures customer service and operating standards are followed during shifts; gathers and addresses customer feedback
• Attends to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and sanitation during shifts
• Recommends store activities to increase profitability by boosting sales, managing inventory and costs
• Assists in preparing daily financial reports (sales, petty cash, replenishments, inventory)
• Ensures accuracy in cash handling, inventory, recording and related functions
• Ensures proper ordering and storage of materials, supplies, and merchandise
• Communicates policies, standards and procedures to store team consistently
• Implements HR procedures like manpower scheduling, performance monitoring and payroll summaries
