Job summary

ArmyNavy Burger Inc. is seeking a store supervisor to coordinate activities with the management team, ensure FSC quality, sales and cash flow targets, and maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree or possess equivalent experience, stay near Parañaque or Taguig, and be able to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• College graduate in a relevant 4-year program or with applicable experience.
• High level of confidence.
• Can handle pressure.
• Residing near Parañaque or Taguig City.
• Having food and beverage work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement store activities with the management team to hit FSC quality, sales and cash flow targets.
• Maintain the highest standards on Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC).
• Ensure customer service and operating standards are followed during shifts; collect feedback and address complaints.
• Attend to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and sanitation during shifts; keep the store well-kept.
• Suggest store activities to improve profitability by increasing sales and controlling inventory and costs.
• Assist in preparing daily financial reports (sales, petty cash, replenishments, inventory).
• Help ensure cash handling, inventory, recording and related functions are accurate and consistent.
• Ensure proper ordering and storage of materials, supplies and merchandise.
• Communicate company policies and store standards to the team and ensure consistent implementation.
• Support HR processes such as manpower schedules, performance monitoring, contractor coordination and payroll summaries.
• Keep company policies and manuals confidential.
