Job summary

ArmyNavy Burger Inc. in Marilao, Bulacan is seeking a store supervisor to coordinate daily activities with the management team and drive performance targets. You will oversee FSC quality, sales, cash flow, and ensure high standards in food, service, and cleanliness.

The role requires confidence, resilience under pressure, and proximity to Marilao. You will assist in preparing reports, manage inventory, and help implement company policies while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with experience preferred.
• Strong confidence and ability to work under pressure.
• Resident of Marilao, Bulacan or nearby.
• Food and beverage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements store activities with management to hit FSC quality, sales and cash flow targets.
• Maintains highest standards on Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC).
• Ensures customer service and operating standards are followed during shifts; collects feedback and addresses complaints.
• Attends to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and sanitation during shifts.
• Recommends activities to boost profitability by increasing sales, managing inventory and costs.
• Assists in preparing daily sales, petty cash, replenishments, inventory and related financial reports.
• Helps ensure accurate cash handling, inventory, recording and related functions.
• Ensures proper ordering and storage of materials, supplies and merchandise.
• Communicates company policies and store standards to the team and enforces consistency.
• Supports HR processes such as manpower scheduling, performance monitoring, contractor coordination and payroll summaries.
• Keeps company policies and manuals confidential and secure.
