Job summary

You will help maintain high standards for Food, Service and Cleanliness, ensure customer service levels, and promptly address complaints. The role involves overseeing maintenance, safety and sanitation, and contributing to profitability through inventory and cost control.

Qualifications

• College graduate in hospitality or related 4-year course, or with relevant experience.
• High level of confidence and self-assurance.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure.
• Residing near Tomas Morato, Quezon City or willing to commute.
• Food and beverage work experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement store activities with management to hit FSC quality, sales and cash targets.
• Maintain the highest standards on Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC).
• Ensure customer service and operating standards are followed; address feedback promptly.
• Oversee store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and sanitation during shifts.
• Suggest activities to boost profitability by increasing sales, managing inventory and costs.
• Assist in preparing daily financial reports—sales, petty cash, replenishments, inventory.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory recording and related tasks.
• Order and store proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandize.
• Communicate company policies and store procedures to the team and enforce them.
• Help implement HR procedures such as manpower scheduling, performance monitoring and payroll summaries.
• Keep company policies and manuals confidential and secure.
