ArmyNavy Burger Inc. is seeking a capable store supervisor to coordinate daily operations in Malolos, Bulacan. The role involves maintaining FSC standards, supervising service quality, handling customer feedback, and ensuring safe, clean store conditions.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in hospitality/business, confidence, resilience, and (advantage) prior F&B experience. The position is on-site with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• College graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism or Business Management (any 4-year course with relevant experience are also welcome to apply).
• High level of confidence.
• Can handle pressure.
• Residing nearby/in Malolos, Bulacan.
• Having food and beverage work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements store activities with the management team to achieve targets (FSC quality, sales, cash flow).
• Helps ensure the highest standards on Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC).
• Ensures customer service and operating standards are followed during shifts; handles customer feedback and complaints.
• Attends to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security, and sanitation during shifts.
• Recommends store activities to improve profitability by increasing sales, managing inventory and costs.
• Assists in preparing daily financial reports (sales, petty cash, replenishments, inventory).
• Helps ensure cash handling, inventory, recording and related functions accuracy.
• Helps ensure proper ordering and storage of materials, supplies and merchandise.
• Ensures company policies and store standards are communicated and applied.
• Supports HR procedures like manpower schedules, performance monitoring, payroll summaries to boost productivity.
• Ensures confidential handling of company policies and manuals.
