You will uphold high standards of food, service, and cleanliness, ensure customer service during shifts, and address feedback promptly. The role involves maintaining store safety, supervising maintenance, assisting with inventory and financial reports, and enforcing company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements store activities with management to hit performance targets (FSC quality, sales, cash flow).
• Maintains high standards on Food, Service, and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC).
• Ensures customer service and operating standards are followed; solicits feedback and addresses complaints.
• Attends to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security, and sanitation during the shift; keeps the store well kept.
• Recommends store activities to improve profitability by increasing sales, managing inventory and costs.
• Assists in preparing daily financial reports (sales, petty cash, replenishments, inventory).
• Helps ensure cash handling, inventory, recording, and related functions are accurate.
• Ensures proper ordering and storage of materials, supplies, and merchandise.
• Communicates and enforces company policies and store standards to the team.
• Supports HR processes like manpower scheduling, performance monitoring, workforce coordination, and payroll summaries.
• Ensures confidentiality of company policies and manuals.
