• Daily monitoring of store reports and submission
• Responsible for store sales invoice requests
• Checking and validation of OIC and FL filed overtime
• Responsible for consolidating and ensuring submission of store KPIs
• Point person for day-to-day store escalations
• Identify OIC or FL needs to be coached by OPS supervisor
• Ensure delivery and work permits are available when needed
• Ensure stores deposits are made on time and within allowances
• Other operation tasks may be assigned
