Job summary

The role requires ensuring permits and deliveries are in order and acting as a daily point of contact for store issues. Additional operations tasks may be assigned as required.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and validation of store reports and KPI submissions.
• Responsible for store sales invoice requests.
• Check and validate OIC and FL overtime filings.
• Consolidate and ensure timely submission of store KPIs.
• Act as the point person for day-to-day store escalations.
• Identify OIC or FL needs for coaching with OPS supervisor.
• Ensure delivery and work permits are available when needed.
• Ensure stores deposits occur on time within allowed windows.
• Carry out other operations tasks as assigned.
