Job summary

Tech101 Technologies Inc. is seeking an operations support role in Metro Manila to help manage daily store activities, monitor report submissions, and assist with invoice requests. The successful candidate will validate overtime records and consolidate store KPIs for management review.

You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for escalations, ensure delivery and work permits are in place when needed, and support timely deposits and other assigned operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily Monitoring of store report submission and likes
• Responsible for store sales invoice request
• Checking and Validation of OIC and FL filed overtime
• Responsible in consolidating and making sure submission of store KPIs
• Point person for all day to day store escalation
• To identify OIC or/and FL needs to be coached by OPS supervisor
• Making sure that delivery and work permit are available once needed
• Making sure that stores were deposit on a given and allowable time
• And other operation assistance may assign to him/her
• Daily Monitoring of store concern/s and issue
