Job summary

Prince Retail Group of Companies is seeking a Management Trainee – Store Operations to develop competencies in sales management, inventory control, and team leadership within the Store Operations Management Training (SOMT) program. You will support store leadership to ensure efficient daily operations, outstanding service, and achievement of business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, sales, or store operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo the Store Operations Management Training (SOMT) Program and be assigned to provincial store operations.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Operations Management: support achievement of sales targets and business growth initiatives.
• Execute store activities such as promotions, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Monitor store performance and operational KPIs.
• Inventory & Merchandising: ensure effective inventory control and stock management.
• Monitor stock levels, shrinkage, and merchandising standards.
• Implement strategies to reduce losses and manage slow-moving items.
• Customer Experience: promote a customer-centric culture and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Compliance & Process Management: ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements; assist in documentation and reporting.
• People Management & Development: support training, coaching, and supervising store personnel; assist in manpower scheduling and performance monitoring.
