Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, marketing, management or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or store operations.
• Willing to undergo the Store Operations Management Training (SOMT) program and be assigned to provincial store operations.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Operations Management: support achievement of sales targets and growth initiatives.
• Promote promotions, upselling and customer engagement to drive performance.
• Monitor store performance and operational KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Inventory & Merchandising: control stock, monitor levels, shrinkage, and merchandising standards.
• Customer Experience: foster a customer-centric culture and ensure high service quality.
• Compliance & Process Management: ensure policies, audits, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• People Management & Development: assist in training, coaching, and supervising store personnel.
