O!Save is launching an 18-month Management Trainee Program focused on hands-on retail operations. The role reports to the Distribution Center in Kawit, Cavite, and aims to develop leaders who can drive store operations, sales performance, and team management across multiple sites.

The program emphasizes learning end-to-end business, completing rotations, and demonstrating readiness for independent leadership through milestone achievements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any program.
• Proven academic excellence.
• Active involvement in extracurricular/organizational activities; preferably held leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hard discount retail business model end-to-end.
• Complete all functional rotations within the training period.
• Demonstrate readiness for independent leadership through performance milestones.
