Gigahertz Computer Systems in Metro Manila is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead staff in the Branch Manager's absence. This role focuses on driving targets, coaching the team, and maintaining high store standards.

The position requires handling escalations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and delivering training on new products to sales personnel, with readiness to work a variety of hours as needed.

Competenze

• At least 2 years leadership or management experience.
• Available to work varied hours including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and train staff.
• Able to be on the feet most of the day.

Mansioni

• Manage store operation and people in the absence of Branch manager.
• Hit overall targets in the absence of Branch Manager.
• Hit individual targets as assistant Branch manager.
• Manage irate customers and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Ensure inventory is complete and daily updates are provided to sales personnel.
• Conduct regular product training for new store products and staff.
• Other related duties.
