Gigahertz Computer System is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail operations in the Fairview area and drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and strong team leadership. The ideal candidate will coach and develop the sales team, manage daily store operations, and ensure adherence to SOPs and standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in retail operations, sales management, customer service, and people leadership.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, telecommunications, fashion, FMCG, QSR, or BPO operations is an advantage.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work in Fairview Area.
