Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a leadership role, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to train staff while standing on the sales floor for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, train and develop staff.
• Able to stand for long periods and move on the sales floor.
• Willing to undergo one week training at head office in Quiapo, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall sales and service targets of the store aligned with corporate goals.
• Monitor the display for adapters and upgrade components.
• Provide feedback on competitors' trade and marketing activities.
• Keep the store in pristine condition at all times.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are consistently enforced.
