Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or amusements.
• Strong experience in people management and team leadership.
• Knowledgeable in sales, inventory, cashiering, and store operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and capable of handling difficult customer situations.
• Organized, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Able to work in fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Able to work at FantasyWorld – SM City Iloilo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the FantasyWorld branch.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, manpower deployment, and duty assignments.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations for employees.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer complaints and concerns.
• Ensure the safety of all customers and employees within the store.
• Monitor and analyze daily sales performance and reports.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving, and usage of supplies and materials.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Team regarding equipment breakdowns and repair requirements.
