Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
• Supervise and monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure that staff provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor the safety of guests, especially children, while using the playground facilities and attractions.
• Ensure proper implementation of ticketing procedures, wristband usage, and admission policies.
• Monitor sales transactions, POS accuracy, and daily sales reports.
• Assist in monitoring inventory, supplies, and other store resources.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the playground, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist in preparing daily reports, incident reports, and other operational documents.
• Monitor staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower during operating hours.
