Responsibilities

• People Management and Training: develop store team, enforce policies, provide feedback, and manage performance.
• Sales and Customer Satisfaction: reach monthly targets, prepare sales presentations, monitor customer feedback.
• Inventory Management: optimize stockroom processes, prevent loss, verify stock accuracy.
• Store Management and Compliance: raise store concerns, suggest improvements, comply with statutory requirements, ensure end-of-day processes.
