You will monitor sales, inventory, and reporting, coordinate with management, and implement company policies. The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and flexibility with shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in store leadership roles (Store Manager, Supervisor, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, sales monitoring, and customer service.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays; ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day store operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, staffing, and operational activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and properly handle customer concerns.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Conduct team coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
• Manage schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational concerns and requirements.
• Ensure the successful opening and smooth operation of the new SM Tarlac branch.
