Job summary

Go Asia Entertainment is seeking a Store Officer-in-Charge to oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth service, inventory handling, and compliance with company policies at Ayala Malls, Fairview Terraces, Quezon City.

The role requires at least 4 years in retail or F&B with supervisory experience; responsibilities include cash handling, sales support, staff supervision, inventory, and reporting. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: At least College Level or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in retail or food & beverage operations with at least 1 year supervisory or OIC experience.
• Skills: Basic knowledge in store operations, inventory, and cash handling; strong customer service and communication; ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and proper product display at all times.
• Support the store in achieving daily and monthly sales targets; monitor daily sales and report issues.
• Handle cash transactions (POS) with opening/closing procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in controlling store expenses and minimizing losses; daily cash deposits and vault security.
• Supervise store staff during shifts; assist in scheduling, attendance and task delegation.
• Provide guidance to team members to maintain productivity and a positive work environment.
• Assist in inventory counting, stock replenishment, and proper storage; ensure correct pricing/ labeling.
• Report discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager; ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports; document incidents and concerns.
