• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

• Minimum 2 years retail experience.

• Supervisory position in a specialty store or food establishment preferred.

• Helps in the profitability of his or her store by meeting shift targets, managing wastage and keeping inventory within acceptable levels

• Provides guidance and set an example for team members, ensuring all systems and policies are maintained and complied with.

• Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and team member incidents to the Area Supervisor

• Provides Marketing Initiatives to help boost stores daily sales

• Proficient in Google applications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
