Job summary

FOURMANN CO. is seeking a capable supervisor with a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of retail experience to oversee a team and drive productivity in our Pasig-based operations.

You will execute directives from Area Supervisors and Managers, foster open communication, coach team members, and maintain a healthy work environment while ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
