The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for tech products. Weekend work may be required in a bustling mall environment, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management or similar role.
• Experience in tech/electronics or drone/gadget retail is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales and support staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and product knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Coordinate with DJI head office for marketing, training, and product launches.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer concerns, warranty, and after-sales support.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
