Job summary

CASAMIA FURNITURE CENTER, INC. seeks a results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations at Home SM Southmall or nearby stores. You will lead selling activities, supervise staff, and drive sales to meet targets while ensuring exemplary customer service.

The role demands 3-5+ years of managerial experience in retail/store operations, preferably in the furniture sector, with strong leadership and coordination with merchandising teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year course.
• 3-5+ years of managerial background in store operations (retail/food or similar).
• Experience in the furniture industry; B2B and corporate selling is a plus.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills are a must.
• Assigned at Home SM Southmall or other nearby stores.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and direct selling activities and personnel to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and handling complaints.
• Maintain SOPs, cleanliness, and orderly selling areas for a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Consignors to ensure stock availability and proper tagging/pricing.
• Conduct performance appraisals, work with HR on staffing, and motivate staff.
