CASAMIA FURNITURE CENTER, INC. is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead operations across our furniture outlets. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring outstanding store presentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years of managerial experience in store operations, preferably in furniture retail, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• 3–5+ years managerial background in overall store operations (retail/food or any similar experience).
• Experience in the Furniture industry, B2B and Corporate Selling is a plus.
• Candidate must have communication skills, strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Achievement Plan: Execute directions and sales strategies to achieve or improve on sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
• Store Administration: Ensure SOPs and company policies are strictly implemented; maintain cleanliness and orderly selling area.
• Merchandise and Stock Management: Ensure full stock of fast selling items and proper tagging/pricing; coordinate with warehouse.
• People Management: Conduct personnel performance appraisals and hire the right candidates.
