Responsibilities

• Follow and comply with company policies, procedures, and store standards.
• Maintain product availability by replenishing stocks on display and coordinating stock concerns when needed.
• Arrange merchandise neatly and maintain a clean, organized and customer-ready selling area.
• Guide customers to the appropriate payment counter and assist with the next steps of their purchase.
• Welcome and acknowledge customers promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Support sales goals by identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and encourage additional purchases.
• Work collaboratively with store colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.
