Job summary

CASAMIA FURNITURE CENTER, INC. is seeking a supervisory leader for retail operations. You will manage the selling floor, engage customers, and guide staff to meet service and sales targets at Our Home SM Cebu or SM Cebu Seaside.

You should have 3-4 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role within retail or store operations, with B2B/corporate selling experience considered a plus and furniture industry exposure an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 3-4 years supervisory/assistant manager experience in retail/store operations.
• Experience in B2B and corporate selling is a plus.
• Experience in furniture industry or related background is an advantage.
• Strong supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds sales goals and service standards.
• Promotes items and creates additional sales opportunities.
• Attends store meetings and training to develop skills.
• Adheres to policies and standards to achieve targets.
• Delivers high customer satisfaction and supports staff.
• Spends time on selling floor assisting customers and managing staff.

• Participates in inventory management: receiving, transfers, counts.
