Qualifications

• Must have strong supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds the store’s sales goals and service standards on a consistent basis.
• Creates additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate items.
• Attends and participates in store meetings and trainings to further develop skills to meet company objectives.
• Adheres to policies/standards to achieve sales targets.
• Maintains cash handling policies and contributes to store safety and security.
