Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Achieve monthly/annual sales and KPI targets.
• Lead, coach and develop store personnel.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure customer experience and resolve concerns.
• Maintain inventory levels and minimize stock losses.
• Oversee receiving, replenishment, stock transfers, stocktaking.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health & safety standards.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and campaigns.
• Prepare sales and operational reports.
